Valley View Winery
(1976-present)

Peter Britt, now associated with the popular music festival in Jacksonville, planted wine grapes in the 1850’s. His vineyard was then known as the “Valley View Vineyard.” In 1972 the Wisnovsky family acquired the Britt property and replanted the vineyard. In 1976 they released their first wine.

The winery is located in the “Applegate Valley” appellation. Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet and Tempranillo are specialties.
