Forest Klaffke (1955-2011)
Willamette Valley Vineyards
Forest Klaffke was the well regarded winemaker at Willamette Valley Vineyards where he worked for over 18 years, and was head winemaker from 2001.
He helped Willamette Valley Vineyards achieve a substantial number of 90+ rated wines.
During his career the winery was named one of the top 100 wineries in the world by Wine & Spirits Magazine for 2011.
Forest Klaffke passed away in December 2011.
